Deji is a well-experienced consultant and trainer with over twenty-five years working with clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has significant exposure in the NGO, parastatal, oil & gas, and finance sectors; is the Project Management Institute’s regional mentor for Africa; and is a quality auditor for the Institute’s training partners. He has delivered strategic and tactical training workshops across Africa and Europe and is a certified in project management, change management, and six sigma. Deji earned his Master of Science degree at the Said Business School and HEC Paris and his MBA from Bath University.
Deji is exceptionally well-rounded, with consulting and training experience in technology systems architecture design and implementation. He specialises in implementing business plans, product portfolio plans, market introduction plans, and project plans; and performing detailed market research and return on investment analyses. He is also a versatile course designer, courseware author, and facilitator with capabilities and experience in diverse areas including team building, organisational development, and conflict resolution interventions.
