Have clarifying questions six months or two years down the road about an aspect of something? We’re there for you; no questions asked.
Beyond being here for you when you have a question or need, we’re proactively thinking about you. Once a year or so, expect us to send along a support packet. Depending on what we have done to assist your organization, that support packet will be tailored to the work efforts we have done for you. This may include new industry research, process tools, best practice guides, or any of a number of different items that you can use as you deem appropriate to continue to evolve, enhance, and grow your discipline or competency. And we’re more than happy to sit down and walk you through them. Again, at no additional expense and with absolutely no ulterior motive.
