Open Positions

Governance Risk and Compliance Auditors

Seeking on-call 1099 GRC auditors for periodic assignments (typically 8-12 weeks). Travel to client sites is required for roughly half of the engagement; international work is not uncommon. May work alone with remote support or as part of a team.

Must possess a current GRC-related certification.
Minimum ten years verifiable client auditing experience.
Examples of work performed required.
Master’s degree and additional GRC related certifications / licenses preferred.

Organizational Strategy Consultants

We are looking for on-call 1099 strategic planning advisors for periodic assignments (typically 6-10 weeks). Travel to client sites (predominantly within the United States) is required. May work alone with remote support or as part of a team helping companies and institutions develop strategic plans and assisting with operational integration.

Must have extensive experience with the development of strategic plans at client sites.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable working with senior executives.
Able to perform decomposition of high-level goals and objectives to actionable projects and programs.

Operational Effectiveness Consultants

Enables realization of business strategy by supporting leaders in identifying, prioritizing, and building enterprise-wide capabilities and behaviors. This role gathers data on needs, provides feedback, crafts ideas and strategies to meet needs, partners in the selection and implementation of chosen solutions. Facilitates, guides, advises & coaches leaders on change management, employee engagement, performance excellence, team effectiveness, organizational structure/design, and other areas that impact the productivity and achievement of business goals. Conducts assessments and uses data to provide consultation on solutions that will close gaps from current to desired future state. Uses metrics to closely monitor & continually improve the effectiveness of existing OD programs to ensure overall impact and value.

Master’s degree and 10+ years of related work experience.
Advanced Training Certificate in OD or OE.
This is an on-call 1099 position. Commitments are usually four to eight months and require significant travel to client sites, including international locations.

IT Evaluation Partners

We are actively seeking multiple firms which can support our ongoing need for subcontractor assistance with IT assessments. We need periodic assistance performing detailed evaluations of infrastructure strategy and deployment, cloud computing readiness, firewall and host security, mobile, network architecture, and so forth.

Should have an established and verifiable track record of performing similar assessments and audits.
Have excellent client references across a broad variety of business verticals, with a particular interest in higher education and governmental institutions.
Own or have access to the requisite testing and validation tools.

Financial Auditors

We are seeking certified accountants for on-call 1099 services in support of governmental audits. Must have a proven track record of having provided standardized reviews of financial records. Experience with governmental and educational institutions highly preferred.

At least 12 years of experience in audit reporting.
Extensive experience with GAAP and GAO standards, including the Chief Financial Officer’s Act.
Partnering with firms as subcontracting agents is equally desirable.
