Douglas Pearson has over 30 years experience in organizational development and training, both in general management and running his own businesses. He partners with other consultants nationally and internationally to staff large projects or to deliver special services.

Doug has a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Washington and a Ph.D (ABD) from U.C.L.A. He has taught at Southern Methodist University (where he also ran the M.B.A. program), The University of Puget Sound, Pacific Lutheran University and Houston Baptist University. He also directed all employee development programs at Panhandle Eastern Corporation for ten years.

Doug's clients include ExxonMobil, U.S.A., Sony Corporation, Kyocera-Wireless, the U.S. Army (CECOM), ChevronTexaco, Hybritech (Beckman Instruments), SpeedFam-IPEC (Novellus), Fremont Financial Corporation, CNG Corporation, BP Amoco, Amgen, Sysco, Solar Turbines, Southern Gas Association and many others.
